Just GLO Management - Aesthetic Record - Additional User Fee

This subscription gives you access to the Aesthetic Record EMR platform system for Missouri providers. The subscription is automatically renewed each year on a rolling basis off your purchase date.

Deactivation to this program and subscription must be given two-weeks prior to auto-renewal to cancel subscription.

As part of the Just Glo Network, you may upgrade to AR at a reduced rate. This is completely optional, and you are welcome to remain on Jane with no additional costs to the management fees you already pay.

• $12.50 per month for AR access
• $100 one-time setup fee
• Includes onboarding by the Just Glo team
• Includes separate, personalized training sessions with AR staff

This pricing excludes credit card processing and any additional “add-on” services offered by AR, which are billed separately by AR.

Billing Through Just Glo Management

If you choose to upgrade to AR (completely optional):

• $150 annually (billed by Just Glo Management)
• $100 setup fee (billed by Just Glo Management)
