Just GLO Network Management Fee Purchase Options – Cancellation Policy
Introduction
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling your management fee with Just Glo Management, LLC. By paying for your subscription, you acknowledge that you are doing so under a separate written agreement that you enter into with the company. The terms and conditions of that separate agreement shall always control and take precedence over this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Management Fees
Management fees are annual fees, billed automatically in two payments every six months.
All management fee payments and renewals are subject to the terms of the contract you enter into with the company.
2.2 Cancellation Requests
You may request cancellation of management services at any time by contacting Just Glo via email.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 No Refunds
Management fees are non-refundable. No partial or full refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of Just Glo Management, LLC.
4. Renewal and Non-Renewal
4.1 Automatic Renewal
Management fees automatically renew annually on the anniversary date of the original purchase.
4.2 Non-Renewal Requests
To opt out of automatic renewal, you must submit a non-renewal request in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
If a non-renewal request is not received within this timeframe, the management fees will automatically renew and the annual fee will be charged.
5. Auto Payments
5.1 Payment Schedule
Management fees are divided into automatic payments every six months.
The first payment is due at the time of purchase, with subsequent payments due every six months thereafter.
5.2 Payment Method
You must provide and maintain a valid payment method for automatic payments.
If a payment is declined, you will be notified and must provide an alternative payment method to avoid suspension of services.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by Just Glo
Just Glo Management, LLC reserves the right to terminate your agreement for violations of your contract or other misconduct, without refund.
In the event of termination, you will be notified in writing.
6.2 Voluntary Termination
You may choose to terminate your membership at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the remaining membership period.
